Qualified candidates for this position will be responsible for:
Performing good communication with customers Providing prompt and efficient customer service.
Prioritize services required.
Job requirements are:
Customer service (greeting customer, answering phone, problem solving) Preparing estimates and providing options Keep customer informed on completion times and remained involved until customer's vehicle is picked up Meet company's service goals.
Candidate must have the following:
Valid MI driver's license Computer proficiency Organized, dependable and motivated Previous service advisor and/or automobile service customer service experience preferred This position offers:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
