Your role will be to join our office team.
The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy working on-site in a very fast paced environment Job Responsibilities Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable.
Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used.
Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule and match the check with backup for review if needed.
Responsible for all automatic payments and bank ledgers.
You will also provide back up to the dispatcher when needed (answering incoming calls - schedule appointments, make job folders and enter invoicing for completed jobs.
Required Job Skills & Qualifications Two or more years general accounting experience and a high school diploma Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Excellent verbal, written, and computer & typing skills Flexible with a strong work ethic Job Type:
