We are seeking General Laborers in our Production Department.
This position is located in Blissfield, MI.
FUNCTIONAL
Responsibilities:
Safely operate powered tooling (grinder, chop saw, table saw, reciprocating saw, nail gun, etc.
) Accurately measure and cut lumber, plywood, OSB and EPS Read shop drawings to ensure correct relief depth and location Use forklift to transfer panels and other materials Perform quality control checks, ensure product meets specifications, and accurately record results SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
2-3 Years manufacturing experience preferred Able to read tape measure Physically capable of performing frequent and heavy lifting Forklift license/certificate preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the day Able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to handle noisy conditions EDUCATIONAL
Qualifications:
