This position is a vital link between our clients and the insurance companies.
It requires a blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional customer service.
This person will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships with our clients by handling insurance inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.
They will interact daily with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting various service activities.
The ideal candidate will have insurance industry experience, strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities would include:
Answer phone and emails promptly.
Process policy endorsements and renewals.
Be able to identify and recommend coverages to clients based on their exposures.
Issue certificates of insurance.
Process new applications.
Quote new policies.
Preferred Skill set:
Basic technology and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience using AMS 360 or similar Agency Management Software Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage's, rating and underwriting.
