We are look for an experienced CSR/Planner to work at our Plant 4 location. Responsible for management of customer portals, customer releasing systems, transportation routings, premium freight tracking, delivery performance disputes and coordination of special events as determined by the customer. Occasional evening and weekend support.
Candidates will be responsible for the following job duties/functions:

  • Communicates within department and operations customer requirements and changes to demand. Prioritizes activities with areas of production and Shipping to ensure requirements are met on time.

  • Works with all departments to ensure 100% delivery performance and ensures that all shipments are made as required by the customer.

  • Maintains all customer data base files in QAD to include, but not limited to, PO, Manual release entry, part weights.

  • Daily interaction with customer systems, Customer specific portal as required and according to policies.

  • Participates in all customer mandated training required to facilitate portal activities.

  • Maintains customer accums, investigating differences and making corrections as required.

  • Daily contact with carriers to schedule/cancel trucks.

  • Preparation and verification of customer orders, special orders and service requirements.

  • Performs all duties and operates machinery & equipment according to MIOSHA standards and company procedures using required safety equipment (gloves, sleeves, ear plugs, etc.)

  • Able and willing to work any shift assigned, weekends and overtime

  • Regular and predictable attendance required

  • Other job duties / functions may be assigned


  • Responsible for reading and understanding the IATF16949, ISO9001:2015 and ISO-14001procedures

  • Excellent verbal/written skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple task at the same time

  • Works well under stress

  • Detail oriented

  • Experience in Automotive/Shipping environment as it pertains to customer systems, customer service, shipping, labeling, logistics.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
